Powerdrive or xi5. I don't think the ultrex comes that small, and it's expensive.

You wont regret that minnkota with iPilot. I got the saltwater equivalent because I fish the coast some and it's a game changer once you get used to it.

I will say, I got the quick release bracket and had to do some creative mounting on the boat because the way it deploys it basically pivots 90 degrees, so you have to mount it a little further out over the bow as opposed to some of the freshwater motors that roll forward a bit as they go down.

I went with a Motorguide Xi5 80lb thrust 24v with a 48” shaft on my 1854. A lot of weight but its great for fishing. I will remove the batteries and motor for hunting season. The shaft if short enough that you don’t have to worry about it while fishing. The gps for anchoring and heading mode is great. Just got a Lowrance unit that I plan on linking for when I fish some of my known grass lines. Build a route on your chartplotter and just tell the trolling motor to go.

I had hell mounting my Terrova in that it is wider and has to be mounted much farther forward that other Troll Motors. Still waiting to try it.
