just wondering if any of yous guys got a winch on your boat (im not talking about on your trailer but an actual warn winch or something like that mounted on your boat) wondering how you mounted it and what you use as an anchor if there is no trees to hook up to.

I bought a Gorilla Winch off e-bay... I have a deep cycle battery / trolling motor battery and it plugs in up near the bow. I had a receiver hitch built into my hull during construction. Check my rig review think I have a few shots of the "receiver" I can snap a few of the winch I just tossed a new one on.

I winch off a dangforth anchor but if you don't have anything to secure to you might as well push I've winched anchor back multiple times to the boat without it budging me an inch.

Some more pics of your winch and how it goes on would be awesome whenever you get time, and that is one nice looking rig!
