Post subject:  Poling Platform Pics and Suggestions

I'm wanting to build a poling platform for my boat. I want it to be removable, and i wanna add lights and rod holders to it too. I was just wanting some pics of yalls platforms and maybe some tips from anyone who has built any? Thanks

ya, i saw the pics. I really like it. I just wanted to see what all was out there, and how everyone's was built, and see what i can come up w/ for mine. I loved the way yours came out! i just dont have the $ to have it done, so i gotta come up w/ something that i can build myself

I've got some 1" thin wall PVC pipe, 1/4" plywood, and some baling wire I can donate to ya. :mrgreen: Shouldn't take too much more than that to hold up your skinny a$$. :lol:

Thanks camo! I actually just built one outta pvc to see what it'll look like and to get some dimensions and ideas. I just needa figure out how to actually mount it to the boat. I gotta do it outta steel because that's the only thing I can weld. But I guess first things first, I HAVE to get my transom welded up before my mini falls off on the highway or while ridin..
