 Re: Pod length
I just made a set for my boat I went 8" high 18" wide (at the widest point) 12" long its only a 1648 and they work great. Added tons of stability and gets on plain with 2 guys fast. I have a mb 29 kawi so a fairly heavy motor, and they do a good job making up for the extra weight.

 Re: Pod length
I am getting a set put on my 1752 Weld Tek boat in about 2 weeks. I just got the boat this last weekend and put a GTR 35 on it. The boat when in the water is a little rear heavy and is hard to get on plane with just me in the boat. Looking forward to the getting the pods to make up for the extra weight.
