Post New belt & prop @ 100 hours
Turns out I ordered the wrong size sprocket/pulley , thought the belt was too tight.

GT sending new sprocket Overnight.

Glad to find the issue, was driving me nuts.

Got the correct size sproket in today- the one to the back is the 48 tooth
And the closer one is the 45 tooth ( the correct one.

Learned that a 5 gal bucket is great leverage for prop removal and assembly

The sprocket is held in by a taper bushing. Place the two alen screws in this position to lock into place

And tighten a single screw in this position to remove taper

Got the belt to align perfectly - used shims to the rear of motor and moved belt to the rear

Fun project I hope I never have to do again.
