Trim crap, and Lost plug/allen head screw on lower unit
I bought a brand new PRO Drive rig from them and already having problems. I have a mere 4.5 hours and i already have 2 things wrong. The little allen head plug that goes on the side the shaft to grease it fell out, and the hydraulic trim is already gone to S#!T.......It trims down fine, but coming back up sometimes doesn't work so well!......its like it binds up sometimes, almost like there is some kind of trash or shavings in the aluminum block where the hydro fluid runs. Any help or insight would be appreciated on what to do about this!

the hdryo trim on my did that about the same amount of hrs. the switch had went bad. reverse the wires on your trim switch to see if it will work, if so that is the problem. called kp and had a new 2 days later, under warranty.

Re: Trim crap, and Lost plug/allen head screw on lower unit
You can get that Allen head plug at your local hardware store for a buck or two. The power trim sounds like you either have some air in the system, you are low on fluid, or a loose/corroded connection in the power trim switch. All of which are very easy to fix and you won't need PD for any of it.
