I am rebuilding a friend's Bog Hog Surface drive lower assembly. The unit ate the bearing, just behind the drive sprocket ... big mess!

After contacting what is left of the Bog Hog establishment and requesting a seal/bearing kit ($62 plus s&h) they have gone dark and I have decided to go it alone. Most of the applications are easily cross referenced and easily found locally... I think I am only down to missing one seal, the ones that fit into the spacer sleeve behind the sprocket. Here is what I have (and need) moving from the drive sprocket to the prop:

All told ... about $30 in parts as I see it.

I swear it looked like there were more seals in the mess that was expelled from the chew up ... but that may have been just parts and pieces. There was very little left of the upper bearing, only found about 5 of the roller pins and the inner sleeve wall intact! It sure looks like more spots for seals than are shown in the BH drawings.
