When i bought my boat motor combo it came with 2 props a roughly 11 incher and one that is 11 and 7/8ths or so my boat runs a little faster and higher rpms with the smallerin deep water but much better un the mud and crud with the big blade. Also I had to have my prop shaft straightened out on the end from hitting a stump or something with the bigger prop that stuck down further than the skeg. My question is could i run an 11 inch prop with more pitch say 12 or 13 to acheive the same thing as a bigger prop with the standard 10 pitch?

I take it you have a older model motor. Is it welded or is it a bolt up model. If bolt up you can get a new plate cut for it

yea it is all welded straight and solid. I just need mods to push the big blade with my heavy ass boat just have to be careful with the prop i guess
