 New mudbuddy power trim?? i have a 29 hp vanguard on a mudbuddy surface drive.
its a regular hyperdrive. the problem i have now, is my power trim has gone out, and i cant lower my engine into the water. the model number on my engine indicates that its a 2004 model. how do i know if the frame is the same year or not?
ive looked at the new mudbuddy mercury trim, and i am ready to order one.
ive compared my frame to what the new power power trim frame looks like, and it doesnt seem like it will match up.
Any help would be great.
i need to know how to find out what year my frame is, and if the new mudbuddy trim will work with my engine.
HELP PLEASE!

Re: New mudbuddy power trim?? Mercury trim only fits their Sport models. If you have a HyperDrive it will not fit. You can still upgrade from the Bear trim to the Thompson tho.

Re: New mudbuddy power trim?? Gator trax also carries trims for the mud buddy. I bought a new Thompson unit the other day. May be quicker than dealing w MB directly

I called gator trax, got right through, and already have my part coming in tomorrow!
Hopefully Mudbuddy realizes, that no one being able to get intouch with them, can/is making them loose customers!
