Post Halloween Havoc
Few pics of the destruction of hitting a floating log submeged under some veggies. Had plans for an evening hunt but did not make it.

acually I was hoping you would say that it could have been a concrete object or something, cause that kinda scares me. I hit at least 5 to 10 stumps and logs everytime I go hunting, its rough getting to my spot, and I run WOT through it. I just though these things were indestructable, makes me want to take it easy going though the timber after seeing that

Beef it up. Wow. Hitting objects at 4800 something has to give. Have hit plenty of stumps, logs, concrete rocks under bridges and debris in water. Just one of those things that happens. It will not be long just have to get the housing parts in and put on. Picked the boat up 10/10 and just hit forty hours on the motor when this happened.

WOW!!! 4800 rpms?????? That is well past the optimal power range for most motors.....We run a 30 horse professionally built to the hilt and the motor has the best power at 3200-3400 rpm.....maybe try for a little less rooster tail in the back country. But I wish you luck with it.

that would piss me the hell of right there.now hold on here. a guy told me,and he had a setup like yours, that if the boat cleared it the motor would.i guess that's not true.
