I just recently purchased a gatortail with a 25hp big block and was wondering about prop selection. Was wanting to have my stock prop cut down to run the national refuge and buy a new one for all other places. First off, does anyone know of a quality prop shop in southeast Texas? I know Watson’s has been around forever but wanted to ask if anyone knew of anyone else in the area. Secondly, what would you guys recommend for a good all around prop? I know backwater performance has a BB for the XD models. Any opinions on this prop or would a stock prop from Gatortail be the best route to take? Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.
