It's not too bad. Do a search, there were some good tips on making a prop wrench for it posted recently. |

The new prop should come with a new bushing if you bought it from prodrive. |

To get the collar out use vise grips, lock them down on the collar with the slit on the side, 1/4 turn and should come out. When putting prop back on just set the collar in the prop and thread on. Don't press the collar in the prop or the prop will not go on all the way. Use marine grade grease or antisize. |

Vise grip or I use channel lock pliers to squeeze the bushing and it will come out. There is usually a 1/4" or so sticking out the prop to grab on to. DO NOT PUT THAT PROP BACK ON WITH THE BUSHING STUCK DOWN IN IT!!!!!!!!!!! You slide the bushing up all the way first till it bottoms out and then screw the prop on. If you have knocked it all the way in then you going to have to knock it back out enough to grab it. |

I use my bench top vise to remove the prop bushing, works really well and it doesn't scare it up to bad. |
