I ordered a new prop for the hd4000 last week. My question to ya'll is at what amount of wear do ya'll decide to replace props. the 12.25 big blade was down to almost 11.5 due to me being stupid and getting stuck in the sand. Just wondering how much you loose in performance with a 3/4 difference in size and hardly any cup left. thanks for your info

when I loose that much on my big blade I lost performane with getting up on step... but my top end was fine because I was pushing my RPM line... I
