 LU Oil Change -Royal Purple
Okay this is my first oil change on a Prodrive. Do I trim it level and fill or all the way down? Also, what is the trick to keep it from going all over the place if I fill from the bottom hole? Royal Purple has a pointed nozzle do I just squezze it until the oil runs out the top hole? Everyone's help would be appreciated. Thanks

open both plugs, i angle it down. I run some threw the top one to flush it. then cap the bottom one and fill from the top until some comes out. If you figure out how to keep it from going everywhere let me know. Its not as bad as changing the oil though

yes trim it level and fill from the bottom hole till its full then put the top plug in while u still have pressure on the oil bottle and then remove the bottle and put the bottom plug back!! This way there is no chance for a air pocket!!

I have never had a problem with air pockets. I do spin the prop though

I have always filled from the top. Spin the prop some and then check. Never had an issues with it not filling up. In fact I overfill slightly and then plug it. Much easier to fill from the top.
