 Belt Housing Length I am designing a mid 20's hp sd. I have just about everything done, just wondering how far above the bottom of the boat the belt housing needs to be. Does the length change depending on how long the drive shaft is?
If I take a flat bar and put it on the bottom of the boat, how far above that does the belt housing need to be?

Re: Belt Housing Length Just by looking I would say mine is about 4" above the bottom of the boat.
