 3 Blade 12" X 10.5P on Stage 3 GTR
Tested a 3 blade on de unit dis weekend! Prop did well with my standard fishing load (2 adults, 2 ice chest, 12 gal. of fuel, 2 batteries / trolling motor & Tackle) a bit slower out of de hole and on top end than the GT big blade, but a lot smoother and no tiller torque! The extra blade helped out reversing, could damn near sink da back end if i stayed on de gas! the prop helped de boat stay on plane at lower rpm's (which worked out great when running de shallows stalkin' de spot tails!). 4700 rpm's had me cruising a tad bit over 37 mph in deep water. Gonna do a lil tweakin' on de wheel to see if we can get de holeshot back. All in all, I liked it and can't wait to get it dialed in.

Where did you get the prop? I've been wanting to try a 3-blade if it really decreases the vibration and tiller torque...actually, cutting down on vibration would be the main focus...i don't run in any thick mud or veggies...and if i could run on plane at a slower speed, that would be great as well. Also, how much $$$ fo one? Woody

Kyle had ran a 3 blade in Pecan Island during duck season. I asked him at the Food store how he liked it and he said basically the same thing what Koondick said. In deep water is fine, but in the mud you can't beat the 2 blade propulsion device!

ran it again yesterday it da basin wit da water fallin' out hard... this prop sucked bucking a heavy current! with a light load i was only able to turn up 4300 and wasn't doin sh!t for speed! felt like my motor was working it's azz off just to get dat! i would hate to have to do that wit a decent sized load. runnin' wit da flow was a different story, but dat really don't count. like i said, this prop is a lil too big to be as consistent as de 2 bladers. time to break out de grinder for sum R&D!

 Re: 3 Blade 12" X 10.5P on Stage 3 GTR
I predect that with the proper pitch we will be able to run 9-11" wheels on these tripple props. I have a twice blade idea that takes it down to 11" and should still pull like a tug, but it probly wont work.........but thats why it R&D brotha.
Let us know whatcha gona do.......
