 tiller torque question???
I have a 36 PD on a 1654 lakesport boat. My question is, will a worn prop cause excessive tiller torque? I noticed last weekend a little more tiller torque than normal i was just curriouse.

 tiller torque question???
Trimming low causes dat. Trimming high may at times but usually gets "squirrelly" then.

 Re: tiller torque question???
Too high and the prop will try to walk on the water causing the torque

 Re: tiller torque question???
A worn prop don't create more torque no matter where's its trimmed. I just put on a new one and forgot how much bite it has.

 Re: tiller torque question???
the motor is offset 1". im not worried about it. it just seemed to be more than usual but it could have been a trimming issue i was just curriouse as to if something may have been wrong this is all still a learning process for me.
