 Cracked housing
Just have a question as to how to fix a crack in the shaft housing on a 35 GD SD.
The crack is right behind the grease reservoir, where the shaft comes out of the gearbox. The crack is small but leaking a little bit and I was just wondering if it would be safe to weld.

 Re: Cracked housing
He called GD and they sent him bracing brackets and he just welded em up. Took him to tries first time it cracked again. They have been holding up since though.
