Have you ran it yet? It could be enough to get you through the season as is.
Prop wear has a lot to due with the operator, location and stick time. imo
Down here in South La, I've worn a prop down in as little as a week (or 20hrs) and I'm talking shot, It wouldn't even get on step in the shallows.
Don't get me wrong, its fun as hell rootin it up. But it can definitally put a hole in your pocket. I find myself pushing the boat a little more these days rather than eating my way out and wearing down a perfectly good prop.
