Do you remove your prop and regrease(anti-seez) every year even if you are not putting on a new prop?

I just noticed the white stuff when I did the mid summer maintenance in th lower unit. I just changed the f'n seals two years ago.

Just wondering if you all remove, clean and reinstall your prop.
