 Gator tail 35 prop size

Post Gator tail 35 prop size
When I first got my boat I was running 29-30 at 3820 rpm

I had to get a new prop and now I the fastest I can run is 25 at 3650 rpm

Does anyone know what size the prop is supposed to be?
Or any suggestions about it
