I am curios what a 3 blade go devil prop would do on a gator tail or if it even fits onto the shaft?? Anyone know ?? |

Yea I figured that on , even heard of a three blade for a gator tail ? I only wanting to use three blade for summer fishing and frogging |

I am curious about this as well. I run mostly deep water in the summer, so having more speed would be ideal. |

http://www.ebay.com/itm/390516161408 There was a thread on those props a long time ago once upon a time...I think these are what resulted from the props SETX came up with but not as good quality. |

Let's just say the guy now making those is a sponsor on here. The original cost close to $750, & only pushed about 35-38mph |

Damn that expensive but props ain't cheap , only 35-38 , if I could do 38 in my 15 ft boat I would need a pitot lisc. Bc it would become an air craft |

The motor had heads, cam, pistons, rods, roller rockers, push rods, dual carbs, etc that turned that wheel. Way over $2500 in mods. |

chops3131 invested alot of time, money and know how on that motor setup as well as props to get that boat to 40mph i dont know if he ever succeeded in going faster than 40. he had it on a 1744 instagator hull and i if i remember correctly he got to 40 in that hull. and for what its worth he had all bps parts except for the cam, that cam was made by SETX performance |

Once before i knew better I had a stock 27 Prodrive with 3 blade prop it was only 10 inch prop but had no problem turning it , then Calen showed me what a real mud motor was so a stock gator tail could turn a three blade just depends on diameter and pitch |

on ebay it says they have 6 available and they are 275.00 plus 16.00 for shipping!! This is a NEW and improved, World's Fastest" Weedless Mud Motor Propeller. We have no real prof that this is"The World's Fastest" Weedless Mud Motor Propeller, but it is faster than any prop we know about. It has been run on 35 HP and larger motors. it is 12 X 13 with a 3/4 hex shaft...... |

I pretty sure all muddy buddy and gator tail shaft are the same so it should work , some one let me know if i am wrong |
