MB trim sag under a load

Teamboulderdash MMT Pro Member Joined: Sat Sep 22, 2012 9:55 am Posts: 51 Location: Rochester, IN	MB trim sag under a load I have a stock 35 hp mb and I noticed today that under power when trying to plain out the trim kept sagging. I haven't had any problems leading up to today, and didn't hit or even work the motor hard today. I don't see any leakage or oil in the water either. With the boat out of the water it trimmed up and down fine with no sagging? Is there a bypass or could a seal be faulty or a electrical problem? The housing was cracked on the inside and didn't display any fluid leakage. Good luck with that. Easiest way to fix it is order part with a Merc dealer. Wouldn't bother dicking with MB. You won't see any leaks due to its all internal. Not sure how the cylinder is made for MB but they do make seal kits for hydraulic cylinders, depending on wether or not it can be opened up.

I'm not sure how much pressure I should be able to place on the rear of the prop but it seems to be holding fine now. When blending the air out I heard quite a bit released .
