 Power Trim on PD
Had to replace one of my lines hydrolic trim of the pd....I didnt "purge" (i guess thats what you call it) the line once I got one end on and after I put the other end on and ran it a couple of times I realized it. (Sorry if this doesnt make much sense...Im kinda drunk). So Im sure I got some air in the lines...any way to get rid of it? It works fine...just a little noisy...also where do you add fluid...I had quiet a few drops leak out before I got the new line....any way to check the level???
thanks bros....Shafer

 Re: Power Trim on PD
I replaced a hydro line on mine a couple weeks ago. Make sure the lines are tight. I was told by Peck to trim it up and down a few times and you should be good to go. I didnt have any trouble. There is a flat head screw, the head is about the size of a dime on the hyrodaulic pump on the front middle way down. Thats where you add it. The screw is also a dipstick so you can check to see how much fluid you have.

And the cap/dipstick where you add fluid is a good spot to purge out the air. Leave it slighlty cracked and work the trim up and down and it should be fine.
