Need some help!!! Trying to get the bottom pully off

Trying to get the bottom pully off It's rusted up and I cant get the allen head screw to break it apart... Anyone got any tricks they would like to share as to how to get this bitch apart? _________________ Back Yard Bullshit 1848 with Delta stage II cam & heads, MAC, with a Mikuni juice pump. No I wasn't talking about you but if the shoe fits lace that bitch up & wear it!!!!
