 gears on a mb If I have a 38 on top and a 50 on the bottom and I put a 52 on the bottom will that give me more rpms at the prop

Re: gears on a mb Oh shit, man I read incorrectly. That will actually slow your prop for the rpms turning, you would need a 48 to pick up prop speed. Sorry

Re: gears on a mb The 50 tooth will have better holeshot and load carrying (turn more rpms) then a 48 tooth would. What RPMS are you running?
