i have a 35 mudbuddy i put the 42mm mikuni gutted the stock exhaust and just sent my heads off to the boat doctor to get worked. now my question is wouldnt that make it a 4400 witch comes with the 48 tooth lower gear should i change mine or leave it a 50 tooth |

Run it with a hunt load.....See where you are.... I ran a 35 with heads carb, exhaust on a 1854 with a 50 tooth bottom and liked the bottom end and load carrying. You may like the lower gear |

Agree with Barrol.....run it first to see where your at with your most common loading. Then gear it accordingly to get in your target rpm range. |
