Anybody have experience with a Kipawa prop? Any others to look for.

Everything I read about those were all good. I was going to get one myself but they didn't have one for the motor I had at the time. Try it and let us know. 30 day trial if you dont like it, send it back.

I had a kipawa prop on a 80lb minnkota on my bowfishing rig. I couldn't really tell a difference in kipawa vs. the factory weedless prop. Just a heads up some people claim that the kipawa prop will burn up a trolling motor and an authorized trolling motor repair shop will not honor the warranty of a trolling motor that has a kipawa prop. I don't know if this is true or not but there was some talk of it on bowfishingcountry.

I've been searching more and have heard about the same, but it seems most people put them on transom mounts that are the primary motor. Bass guys don't seem to be to into them. I'm just going to get a Weedless Wedge 2 since I can get it local.

Good to know, it was a few years back when I looked at them, makes since burning up a motor, especially on a heavy rig.

I will tell you to use one of those cheap knife sharpeners on the 2 blade and it'll make a world of difference. It'll cut right through most stuff that tangles around it.

I use a factory weedless wedge 2 that I sharpened. Does pretty good. It's not a mud motor though lol
