I run a Beavertail surface drive. I bought a mud buddy big blade and it has a great hole shot but struggles a bit to turn that big prop under a load and don't get full rpms.. |

Not much else. The gt prop is similar. You could go to an 11x10 (which was standard on the 27 range of engines). If your 35 can't turn it, and beavertail doesn't have an option for you, might try checking compression and leak down on your engine. In all likelihood, your valves are leaking. A stock 35 shouldn't have any real issue turning a big blade or gt prop. |

I have a Big Blade 12x10" 10p on my Beavertail and it runs about 3650 also so I don't think that's just the way they are. |
