Post Guys need some help with a PD prop...
I am pushing a PD 36Marine with SETX mods, mikuni, head work etc. Runs great. I am using a straight from PD's desk to my hands PD Prop.

I am only psuing in the 27's and 28's and I have been told its becase my props not cupped. Any ideas where to stop. Ive had long shafts and jackplates all my like, this is my first s/t.

Any help I would greatly appreciate.

Day after I bought it I stuck a brand new prop on it. nly have about 37 hours on it since I bought it. Maybe go back to the old prop and see what the deal is?

Im running around 3900

Not getting full throttle, that's way too low rpm, you should be all over the rev limit with those mods. Make sure the carb is wide open when your throttle is.

That motor was very strong when I drove it. Like Will mentioned, check to make sure the slide is opening fully on the carb.
If so, then do a leak down test.
