 Prodrive lower unit questions

Post Prodrive lower unit questions
My prodrive lower unit upper splined shaft and clutch coupler are both stripped out. I know the coupler is a simple swap. My question is how difficult is it to change that upper splined shaft? I have the lower unit dropped currently.
