I am pretty sure I wrecked my current hammer prop at the hunt club this past year. Basically the place was flooded and when I loaded the boat back up I had to jam on it to get it on the trailer and ground it down in the clay/gravel. It might be good for a spare but I am gonna have to do something before I start fishing in March. I have built a 45 mag and I still have the stock 35 gears. I spun the old hammer just as hard as the bb (4100). Are these props similar in their capabilities? I really like the hole shot and load carrying abilities of the hammer. Does the 3 blade stand up to this or will it be similar to the big blade?

The 3 blades nice but it will not out perform the hammer in carrying a load. Also I can prolly fix you problem with the hammer being wore out.
