Ok , seen that type of cav plate before.

here's what you do , set it neutral . Same distance adjustment both ways. Bring your tools , normal load in your boat where it's stowed . Go find water with a bank or shore close by. Run it . Look back. , where's the plate how deep is it running ?,is the handle fighting you , are you pulling up or pushing down to keep the prop right. Ideally on those teardrop cav plate designs. The middle hump will ride just out or at the top of the water with the far trailing edge just in the water at optimium speed. Nose down will create more force overall on the plate buy water surface and bring prop down , nose up will free up resistance and Bring prop closer to surface. Just going to have to make a few runs and dial it in. Interesting , give us a review , I haven't seen this brand yet. Oh locktite everything you assemble on that frame .
