My friends parren has a mud buddy that he's trying to sell and he hasent rode it in probably 1 year and doesn't even remeber how fast it went, it's a 2010 mud buddy 35 hp on a excel 17x52. We went test ride it today and it's only running 16 mph with the prop it has now, some kind of mud buddy 3 blade. It will bearly get on plane. The engine is running perfectly fine. Well we put the prop on my gator tail and with my 2 blade and I'm running 32 mph with it. Well anyway we put the 3 blade on my gator tail and I was one running 25 mph top speed and was hitting the rev limiter when I was taking off, very confused here to see why running at such low speeds, any suggestions? Maybe a 2 blade would be better on the mud buddy |

Since when? My gt 3 blade fits fine on my dad's old mb. I've heard tale of the hex needing a tad bit of filing, but didn't have to do that with mine. |

It wouldn't fit, we took my 2 blade off my gator tail and my buddy gator tail just to see if it might have been the prop, but both wouldn't fit and the mudbuddy prop just slid right on the gator tail shaft. And I read a few post on here that say a mudbuddy prop will fit on a gtr but a gtr prop won't fit on a mudbuddy, dosent make any sense to me |
