I would think anybody with any kind of sense would realise the prop is off balance far before it gets bad enough to cause damage to the LU.

Some of them do vibrate like a sumbitch. I cant comment on them hurting parts or not. Ive ran some that were clean with little vibration. One of the worst ones on a gtr was WAY bad. I checked weight and pitch for balance and its was dead on. I cant explain why some are worse than others

yea mine don't seem to vibrate any worse then the stock 3 blade .

im with though you should be able to tell something is wrong way before you tear it up

Vibration in these motors will wreck some stuff....and it's not limited to any one particular prop manufacturer.

You get prop wear, you get out of balance.
Out of balance causes vibration.
Vibration causes fatigue.
Fatigue leads to failure....somewhere.
Depending on the brand motor will dictate where it fails.

How hours on the motor and prop? Is that something that will happen often to the cast lower housing?
