 HDR gasket
Searched without finding what I was looking for so could some help me out with a part number for a gasket for the HDR belt / drive case. Mine leaks water and I can't seem to find where it's leaking in. I want to replace the gasket and put a bead of RTV down. Any help would be appreciated.

 Re: HDR gasket
Just use the black rtv should be good to go. Also seal all of the bolts on the motor side where the housing slides up an down for belt tensioning.

 Re: HDR gasket
1) it is 3/32" rubber cord. it is sold in bulk and it is cut to fit. It would be best to use both a sealant and replace the "gasket"
2) dont use rtv. marine silicone will make a much stronger bond.
3) get rid of that foam gasket between the lower drive and the clutch cover, and put a liberal bead of silicone on that surface to seal them. Most of the water leaks we have found were due to that gasket between the upper and lower covers.
