 Taper lock bushing I tore apart my cast lower unit because it's been together since I was testing them back in 2013 - 2014.
When I loosned the nut that holds the taper lock to the shaft . The taper lock simply slid off without doing anything.
Is this a common problem?

Re: Taper lock bushing It wasn't properly tightened if it did that.
