 Modded 35 GDSD Prop
I did a search and found some info but want to see if theres is anything new out. Starting to think about motor upgrades. Right now my motor is stock 2014 Go Devil SD 89 hours.
Maximizing load performance will be #1 goal here, my new 20' hull on its way. Cam, heads, Mikuni, and exhaust. Really wanna go all out so also rod set and pistons, push rods and roller rocker arms just will depend on how budget plays out and what I figure after doing more homework.
GD - 3/4" threaded shaft. All the performance props I'm seeing are for the hex shafts. Whats the recommendation here? Are there any good aftermarket props out there for the GD? The one thread I found some folks seemed to be pleased just running the stock GD 3 blade on their modded motors. Is it worth trying to get a prop re-worked going for load performance? Thanks.

They got a guy with a highly modded go devil like you will have that runs the go devil 3 blade but had it worked by baggy after he got some numbers on it stock. According to baggy, the 3 blade go devil prop is a very good prop and with some work, will run with most any other prop on the market. I would get that prop, run it, get some numbers, and then get baggy to dial it in for you bro

Thanks thats probably what il do then, and even if there was a fancy prop out there like the raptor for a go devil hard to justify spending that kinda $$ for a prop.

With that boat you'll be able to tote a rather large load stock. Try that first. You might not need all the mods you're talking to get the load carrying you want.

A bone stock prop will carry whatever your motor can push. The cav plate makes them bite good. The stock prop is also good for well over 40 with a 36 top gear. I would leave the stock pulleys for that 6 man load, lol

Another nice thing about that go devil 3 blade is that it is built like a crowbar compared to the other 3 blades. I would imagine it would hold up really well compared to most 3 blades over time because of that bro
