Post Water in L/U
I've got a G2 Pro-Drive, (Pre-Grease Ftg.), and when I checked the gear oil I found a little more oil than I remember putting in. There was about a cup of water in the lower unit. The oil was milky, but I had just put it in gear for a few seconds. All the water separated out after 5 minutes or stand the oil cleared up. It hasn't been in the water in 2 years and I'm pretty sure I checked it since the last time I ran it. It's been in the same spot for the last year with no sign of anything leaking. There's a post on here from 2015 where someone mentions water getting into an 1/8" vent at the top of the input shaft.

It wouldn't surprise me with all the rain we've had. Anyone else had this happen?

Happened quite a bit years past. Best thing to do is drain it, pull it apart and plug that vent. Or just drain it and put fresh oil in it. Keep an eye on it and keep it covered if stored outside.
Used to wash them off and spray water right down the throat not knowing it was going in. They had a rubber hose that came up and went back down to limit it but then realized it doesn't need to be vented at all. Prodrive quit venting the gearbox around 2010-2011 if I remember correctly.

10-4, If Pro-Drive didn't think it was important enough to keep, then there's no reason not to plug it. I was really just looking for a 2nd opinion. Thanks Buddy. Crisis averted.
