 37xd bogs right at take off

Post 37xd bogs right at take off
Had a 3 blade worked recently and if i grab full throttle from idle itll bog for like 3 seconds then take off the motor is completly stock thinking the prop may be to much for it with a load in the boat just curious if anyone has any thoughts
