Haven't noticed anyone mention it, but it is interesting. A guy I hunt with said he was going to order one, but that was only a couple days ago, so have nothing to report if he did, nor results. If that changes, I'll post here. He was in dire need of a new prop for his 40, so I bet he will.

The testing I have done has shown excellent results in speed, load carrying, and holeshot. The bad part about it is that it is soft. It kinks and gets marred up very easily I find. It’s fast for a 2 blade but it doesn’t hold up to abuse at all I find.

Do most prop manufacturers heat treat to a certain rating or standard or used a specific metal with a Rockwell hardness ?

All of them are different. The hardest wheels are prodrive and go devil wheels. Whatever kind of metal they use is hard as rock. The ca57 for the gatortail and the hammer prop are also hard hard wheels
