I have seen the sticky on the entire lower unit rebuild and it is great. Very easy to follow.
My situation is I have water that will leak from prop rear seal when I spin it out of the water after taking the boat out. Then when new grease is cycled through the unit and I turn the motor on and put it in gear, grease begins leaking from the prop side. I do not see any grease in my belt housing.
Do I just need to change the rear prop seals and possibly get the rear prop shaft bearings replaced on that end?
OR
Will bearings up front near pulley need to be replaced if I have water intrusion, therefore making me have to get into a frontside rebuild as well? I suppose I could pull the rear bearings out and spin the shaft to see if the front side sounds noisy.
