Went for a ride today on the Florida side and found some decent mud flats but mostly thick vegetation, seemed to be a little higher than it normally is during duck season

Just booked a room. Count me in for one boat and two people

Took my boat to B&B speed shop customs yesterday. Should have it together by tonight!

We are staying at a house that I always rent during hunting season near the state park. There are a bunch of cabins at the state park. Has he tried renting one of them. That or trails end would be my guess. State park will be a lot closer and cleaner than trails end.

Trails End is a decent cabin for an outdoorsman lake. Here's some pics from this last year. It was very clean and under new management

Yeah, my case is leaking bad, only 53 hours, will have mine apart this week

hell there isnt much to these motors especially after youve tore em down a few times, it took me 10 minutes to take it from running to the pic above.. the 3 support bolts on each side of the heads that hold the muffler on threads keep getting messed up due to vibration.. took em to a friends machine shop, getting them drilled out, sleeved and studs put in so every time i take the muffler off and put it back on, those soft aluminum threads don't get messed up.. just throw a lock washer on with nut behind the bracket. case is a little more work but not too bad! im on 30 hours since we split my case and she isnt leaking yet knock on wood but i know its coming soon.

My case had gasket and rtv, but the rtv didn't look like it was working too well.

My truck cab sure is cheaper

got a little problem guys. the gasket between the intake adapter and the intake on my mb with mikuni has gone bad here 6 days before the run. i'm wondering if i can find this locally, even in talahasee or se bama like dothan. im thinking a stock gasket would not work? i feel like i could probably use rtv but would prefer not to. will i have to just calll boatdr? anybody know anywhere i can go relatively close(baker county)

Got a top end gasket set at my shop, I left my carb on my intake the other day when I took my motor apart all I'm gonna need is head gaskets, The intake gaskets where it bolts to the heads, and exhaust gaskets I'll give it to you if I got it JD!

actually i just found the gaskets that came on my motor stock and they all appear to be in good shape for the most part. its in three pieces? do you stack and use all three?

idk about all that, maybe someone will chime in, but when i put my carb on, i just used the one gasket inbetween the block and the intake.

hell i dont even remember how many were in there with the stock its been so long since i took it off.. looks like theres just one in mine
