This is the spot I would hit first for good soft mud. You can hit the little cut right by the pin and cut through to middle river then your next best bet would be off Johnson's pass. Both if these spots have good mud with no sand.

The most of the ponds south of lower black have a pretty hard bottom and some stumps and logs

At any rate, tide is definitely low out here north of 90. I was in here yesterday afternoon and it is definitely about a foot and a half lower this morning.
