Figured I would get a thread started for the "Second Annual" ride down Montegut this year after the season. We're riding Saturday, February 2nd. For the folks coming from out of town and who aren't too familiar with the area, we can either arrange to meet up in Houma and ya'll can follow me to the launch, or we can arrange to meet at the launch. This year with the people coming from out of town, I think it will be easier if we plan to launch at the Montegut Marina. Boat Launch ($7.00 Launch Fee): Montegut Marina 2120 Louisiana HWY 55 Montegut, LA 70377 (29.39519,-90.587409) If anyone would rather meet somewhere in Houma, just let me know and we'll make arrangements. I did notice one thing in the pics...Not sure if its modified to do so, but a GTR in the last pic is turned almost 90deg!!! That would give the frogs hell! |

If there's a good cold front that passes one weekend between now and then I will go make a ride out there. It will probably be last minute but I'll post here to try an get a few folks together for a 'test run'. |
