Looks like this will be about the only chance to get a ride in down Montegut that doesn't interfere with other rides, and while we are still getting cold fronts.

Same routine as previous years: plan to launch by 9:00 am and head out shortly after. Same launch as well at the Montegut Marina..

Boat Launch ($7.00 Launch Fee):

This year we do not plan to cook anything for lunch, so you will be on your own to pack a sandwich or something.

Last year everyone was safe and respectable, and there wasn't any trash left out that I know of. Lets please keep it that way and leave the area just as it was found. This will make it much easier to keep these rides going.

Looking forward to another good time out on the water and meeting new folks.

Well damn I am out on Feb 7th. I have attend a 10K run I sponsored then I have to make make sure we are buttoned up in Houma and Thibodaux for the crazy Mardi Gras sales we do. I will have to make the next one.

Well hell that sucks, I go back offshore on the 6th. My work schedule sucked this year fur duck season abd now it looks like I'm gonna miss all the mud runs too. Oh well there's always next year.

There's a gang of us heading back this Sunday for another ride. With a front passing Thursday and another Saturday night, should have even more mud than last weekend.

Im in and two others with boats I was there last weekend but got there as they was picking up the boats so we going agin my buddy has property right where we ride prob be partying out on the property Saturday night !
