We will be getting together again at Goose Island campground just south of La Crosse Wi on July 25th-27th this year.

Show up for the day or the entire weekend.

I will post up more when I have reserved some campsites.

We typically try to get sites from about 62-72 so that we have easy access to the water from campsites.

The main access is right next to the office as you come into the park.

If you are camping, the sites are usually large enough for a vehicle and boat trailers also.

I am in and have site 73.....Ace, Coot, and I are looking forward to this again as long as "old man" ace is still around.

the wife and I will be there Friday through Sunday got spot 123. looking forward to seeing all you guys again and meet you new ones.

It looks like we will have a good # of people there for the weekend. It is a nice campground and a great place to run the boats.

Anyone want to do some bowfishing at night I could bring my stuff? Just need a person or 2 willing to help me lift it on and off. I got plenty of bows I can bring along to. Hopefully the water drops when I made my reservations they said or sites were under water. I got a few other buddies I'm going to try to get to come up and ride with us too.

Mag10 an i will be bringing our rigs for sure. He's got lights so if water drops we'd be game

the water is still rising at my place - son was shooting carp with 17 hmr when I came home

No kidding about the water going down we got lots of rain in NE Iowa pool 10 I swear they use as a holding pool it's going to be up 3 feet higher then pool 9 or 11. The carp killing was just getting good before all the rain came.

the 2014 run may become the first La Crosse High water carp shooting weekend? I hope not but how ever it works out, it will be with good friends, great company and fun times will happen with out trying!!!!!

Joe the guy with the Godevil surface drive will be there again also.

Good deal he was alot of fun to watch. If I remember right he was the one that kept trying to get a run from dam near highway 35 to try skipping over land and still got stuck.

Gonna be plenty of water to run in

Just wanted to let you guys know I am in the process of getting permission to come. I spoke of this run to my wife and she seems fired up to come with me however we are baby sitting my daughters two Airedales that weekend while she takes the Missouri BAR exam. We are checking on boarding the mutts and if we can find a facility we will head up on Friday for the weekend. So right now I am fifty fifty on coming. We will camp with you all if we do come.
