Just dropping a friendly FYI, BA Steinhagen lake between Jasper and Woodville is drawing down for dam repairs if anyone is looking for some inland mud to play in. Only a foot or so down as of today but will be much lower over the coming days and for several weeks coming up. Check the town bluff project COE website for close elevation updates. At a point in the near future you'll need 4wd and to launch somewhere up river to access anything.

Sounds like a fun time

If you haven't seen the lake recently.... its low... extremely low, like you can walk across it, literally. Only way I know to get on the water there now is to launch up on the river and come down.
