I'm working on getting the best possible group rate at the Best Western but I need to get an estimate of how many rooms we will need. The manager at the hotel told me the more rooms the cheaper it will be so if you are staying in a hotel please post on this thread how many rooms you need. They will be calling me back Monday to talk about the rate so I'd like to have some type of number of rooms we will need. Thanks |

Update: I can get rooms for $55 a night if I can get 10 rooms booked. So far we got 5 so I don't think that will be a problem. Anyone need a room please post up ASAP, Thanks. |

I just called the Best Western and booked my 3 rooms. The girl I spoke with said that she was not aware of a group rate for the LA Mud Run. She said that shw would leave a message for her boss asking about it, but for now my room rate was $78 a night. Hopefully her can get the group rate thing fixed. |

I'm going to go ahead & book a room. They still don't have "LA Mud Run" as a rate yet... The lady took my name & is going to talk to the general manager... Brooks may want to give whomever you've been talking to a call just to make sure she's informed the employees and put it into the computer. |

Ok, everything is set up in their computers so if you already booked rooms call them back so you get our rate, $55 per night. |

Thanks, the lady called me and I am confirmed for a room at the $61 / night (includes $6 tax) rate. |
