MM Brand: Gator Tail w/ reverse. MM Exhaust. Horsepower: 35 Boat Brand: Gator Tail Boat Size: 1754 Boat Layout: Hunt deck, gun box. Speeds | Shallow Water: N/A (yet) Speeds | Deep Water: 28-29 Total Boat Load With Gear Etc: Myself, 9 gallons fuel, etc... Conditions Tested In: Slight wind, mild chop Comments: Motor was very easy to handle. Trim responding very smooth and the reverse was a treat to have at the boat launch. Boat felt solid and rode great. I'll be posting some pics soon. I can say I'm extremely happy with the boat and motor... |

Best speeds were@ 3800-3840. I'll be adding Hydroturf Tuesday. As for as motor mods, not sure yet. Here's a few pics for now. |

The aluminum clutch cover, exhaust, and 32" shaft went on right away. I'll be running it today so I may be posting some more pics and vids. This is my 3rd mud boat and I have to say, I think this is going to be my favorite. |

Nice boat Robert, Clutch cover looks good on there painted same as motor, very good looking setup, can't wait to hunt out of it and burn your gas, Good speeds also, we can dial that part in a little more |

Ok, now I'll admit, your boat is pretty damn fast for a stock rig, but like I said on Monday, something sure wasn't right. I'll admit it though, you were able to outrun me in the deep water. I was runnin about 5 mph slower than usual. Got home & checked it out, & I have almost no trailing edge cup left in my prop. Let me get it re-cupped & we'll have another go. Now as long as we're talking about who did what, tell me again who's did better in that nasty azz mud? I think I can recall one boat stopping, then going all the way thru, turning back around, & coming back into it & stoppping again while the other was still trying to get out the first time. How'd that go again?
